New dancers free for their first 4 visits to AIFD.

John ScalesKathleen McDonaghThis Friday at AIFD: Enjoy a lively evening of folk dancing with DJ John (Janos) Scales. John will be assisted by Kathleen McDonagh.

Teaching: This week's teaching will include presentations/reviews of dances taught at last week's Texas Camp!!!

Bud Bearce
 SAC German PerformanceWe are saddened to report the passing of Bud Bearce of Houston earlier in November. "Bud was a compassionate and stalwart leader, and an all-around fine human being. I learned a lot from him; I'm grateful to have known him." - Kathleen Yoder.

The Houston International Folk Dancers will host a life celebration for Bud on December 17th.
