Join us for a fun evening of dancing DJ'd by Misi Tsurikov and his assistant Michel Breger. This Saturday we will be joined by students of the UT Social Dance class on their Folk Dance Outing. Several UT students who spend the semester learning a variety of social dances on the UT campus will venture to Hancock for a taste of International Folk Dancing. Come help them enjoy our fun group and encourage them to make folk dancing a regular dance activity. Teaching: Misi Tsurikov will lead an extended newcomers' session featuring fun, diverse dances to welcome our UT visitors. Saturday, November 9th 7:30-10:45 pm $5 at the door 17 & older. 16 & under free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Hancock Rec Center (HRC) Support AIFD - Become a member! Saturday, November 30th No dancing at Hancock (Hopefully you will be at Texas Camp). Saturday, December 7th Candle Light Trail at Hancock - FREE!!! Join us as we help the community celebrate Hancock's annual Candle Light Trail. Beginning at dusk people from all over will converge on Hancock to walk the trails illuminated with candle light and then come inside for hot chocolate and snacks, as well as a chance to visit with Santa. Around 7:30 (when Santa leaves) AIFD will take over with a series of easy dances done to Christmas and Hanukkah music. Later we transition to our regular program.
