Join us for a lively evening of dancing DJ'd by Holly Plotner. Holly  
will be assisted by Denise Fynmore. During the evening we will conduct the elections for the 2018-19 AIFD Board of Directors. We will also celebrate May Birthdays and Anniversaries with song, dance, and cake!!! |

Friday, May 11, 7-9:45 pm.
Admission fee is $5 for those 18 and older.
There is no fee for those under 18,
but they must be supervised by a designated person 18 or older.
Hancock Rec Center (HRC)
AIFD is organized exclusively for educational purposes, including the promotion and teaching of traditional folk dance, music and crafts native to a variety of countries.

NEXT WEEK!! May 18: Live Music with Homegrown!
Homegrown will be playing two sets of international music on May 18. The band is truly homegrown, made up of Austin musicians who have been playing together for many years - Anne Alexander, Norris Foster Harrell, Holly Plotner, Joane Rylander, Franklin Houston, and Dena Houston. Come spin, twirl, and hop to their music and be a part of the dance excitement that is AIFD.

Jeff Kessel would like to invite you to a potluck and music and dance jam at his house on Saturday, May 19th, starting at 5 and ending before midnight. Jeff will have maps and details at folk dancing on Friday.
