This week at dancing

Franklin John Scales Programming: Enjoy a fun evening of dancing DJ'd by Franklin Houston, who will be assisted by John Scales. Franklin will play a number of his favorite tunes as well as dances that have been recently taught.

Teaching: For a Scandi-lously good time, don those slick-soled shoes and prepare to pivot as Stephanie Anderson and Norris Foster Harrell Kathleen McDonagh teach Stabbereinlender, a charming Norwegian couples dance. This reinlender (Norwegian for schottis) has a fun pattern that fits so satisfyingly to its wonderful music. Kathleen McDonagh kicks off our Yves-ning with a selection of Bulgarian, Breton and Canadian dances introduced by Yves Moreau.
