Saturday, August 8th: Polar Exposure and Birthday / Anniversary Celebration!
CakeChill out at the height of summer as we take to high and mighty latitudes, exploring the dances from our planet’s polar regions! We’ll also be celebrating August birthdays and anniversaries. Do you or a fellow folk dancer have a birthday or anniversary in August? Come out and enjoy some cake!

Code of Conduct.
AIFD is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable experience for everyone at AIFD events. On July 11th the AIFD board released its own Code of Conduct. The AIFD board collaborated with the staff at Hancock Code of ConductRec Center and reviewed policies implemented by other groups to develop this code. You can find the link to the code of conduct on the right column of aifd.cc as well as in the "Other dance links" section of the AIFD newsletter. If you have any questions about the code, please feel free to contact an AIFD board member.
