Madeline Brock will DJ this Friday. Madeline will be assisted by Scott Margo. This week's theme is Dances We Love. Please bring your requests for the dances you love to do! As a special treat, Don Weeda will be playing at the end of the evening!!!

Teaching: Come at 7 pm for a fun newcomer session with Holly Plotner! Then don't miss Rebecca Hample's review of Möllevitt, the Swedish dance that she taught earlier.

About this week's link of the week: "Years ago the Dutch folk group Laïs came out with a version of the song 't Smidje, which became a monster hit, complete with a street dance/couple mixer that went viral all over Europe and, more recently, in the US (we do it in St. Louis). Now the Georgian (Sakartvelo, not the US state) group Trio Mandili has joined with a Dutch and French folk cooperative to produce their version of the song (especially amusing if you know the original)."- John H Uhlemann - from the FB group "Stuff Folk Dancers Say".
