Schottische_steps
Teaching: Madeline Brock will start the evening at 7:30 with class #14 of our spring Madeline2015 newcomers' semester. The semester presents dance fundamentals and etiquette, introduced through some of our favorite folk dances. It is a great way for newcomers to learn what is so fun about dancing in general and folk dancing in particular.

Saturday, April 25th
7:30-10:45 pm
$5 at the door 17 & older. 16 & under free.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

May 2nd: Election Night & May Birthday Celebration.

Special Notice for May 9 & 16!!!
Hancock will Under constructionbe refinishing the floors between May 9th and May 17th. As such, AIFD will NOT meet at HRC on May 9th and May 16th.
We won't let the fact that Hancock is closed stand in our way!! On May 9th plan to gather at Lila's House. If you don't know where Lila's house is, come to folk dancing before May 9th and ask someone.

AIFD Elections, May 2nd
It is that time of year to elect the AIFD Board of Trustees. This year's elections are scheduled for May 2nd at Saturday Night Dancing. If you would like to run for one of the positions, please talk to someone on the current Board or email the AIFD Board at board@aifd.cc.

The Board positions are as follows: President, Ballot boxVice President, Teaching Director, Program Director, Secretary, Treasurer.
